WHITE LIQUEUR WINE “ANTIQUI” LINE
This wine is particular as it contains some unique characteristics, which were transmitted directly from the Arabs. In fact, it is cultivated with the technique that takes the name of "alberello pantesco", an agricultural practice declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO on 26 November 2014. In Italy, Zibibbo is present above all in Sicily where it is also traditionally cultivated as table or drying grapes.

The peculiarities of the bunch of grapes are different: the grape differs from others for the high sugar content due to the long ripening period.
Soft pressing and very low free-run wine yield. Controlled temperature fermentation.
In stainless steel tanks and aging for at least 12 months.

This wine has a composite aroma and flavor given by the aromatic notes of dried grapes and hints of citrus fruits such as orange and mandarin. It pairs well with fruit ice creams. A meditation wine, it is also excellent at the end of a meal with dried fruit, almond pastes and many typical traditional desserts, also worth trying in combination with blue cheeses and raw ham. It brings out some aromatic notes of candied and dried fruit.
